I started this blog because my friends told me stop emailing it to them. The name is from one of my father's phrases: he was a cynic. He gave his son and his bird dogs German names because German names can be heard at greater distances....

I noticed this sign in our local Chinese Buffet...
We do not serve pork here! FD: I think it is a good idea not to serve pigs, but this is an all you can eat buffet...
