I started this blog because my friends told me stop emailing it to them. The name is from one of my father's phrases: he was a cynic. He gave his son and his bird dogs German names because German names can be heard at greater distances....

Find this photo of the "World's Largest Stingray" ...caught on a rod and reel... I watched a man land one in Galveston on a rod reel twice this size.
