What do I make of this email and all these sites?

The TR-3B website:

is just a joke played on me tonight by a friend... to keep me up late.

Notice that it is a "drifting fragment" on the Internet.

It appears to be part of something that no longer exists as a full website.

Broken links and page arrows that don't function... but it was an interesting chase tonight.
