Job Cuts Spur Innovation
The number of filers for first-time unemployment claims fell last week, though they remain at very high levels. Tom Koulopoulos, author of "The Innovation Zone," tells Kelsey Hubbard of The Wall Street Journal historical periods of high unemployment proceed periods of extremely high innovation.
