Loaded and concealed weapons will be allowed inside U.S. national parks if the current version of a credit card reform measure gets to President Obama's desk.
Gun rights advocates in the
House and Senate have added a concealed-carry provision to a bill imposing new consumer-friendly rules on credit card companies, The New York Times reported Wednesday.


In the never-ending recount in Minnesota, the National Republican Senatorial Committee said it's committing $750,000 to help Norm Coleman pay for his legal bills. Also, Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine, chairman of the Democratic National Committee, asked Minnesota GOP Gov. Tim Pawlenty to urge Coleman to concede.
